Returns & Exchange for defective only
Vie creates products lovingly with hand and each finished jewel goes through several rounds of QC before it reaches the customer. We aim to reach the highest possible quality standards. If there’s a problem with a product that you have received, we are here to help you.
•There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions. If your request for return is approved, you will be issued a credit note.
• Your product is eligible for return/exchange If you have received a defective product in terms of a quality, broken during shipment or manufacturing defect, OR if an incorrect product is mailed to you.
• Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of delivery with the following information:
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
If approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition.
Alternatively, you can ship the item back to us as well and supply the tracking information to us.
Shipping/ reverse pick-up charges will be levied both for incoming and re-shipping of exchanged item if the original item is not defective. Only in the case of defective item are the shipping charges for pick up or re-shipping waived. Items ordered with incorrect size will also be charged for reverse pick-up and re-shipping, and will not entail any shipping charge waivers. Payment for additional shipping charges can be made via credit card link emailed by customer support or bank transfer.
